Medical Technologies Transfer Centre

The Medical Technology Transfer Centre was established in accordance with Order No. 40 of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation of 28 January 2022 ‘On the Medical Technology Transfer Centre’.

MTTC provides the following services on the contract basis:

• Registration and approval of medical devices
• Medical devices consulting services
• Analytical and expert processes
• Patent Analytics
• Registration of intellectual property objects in Russia
• Registration of intellectual property objects abroad
• Intellectual property consulting services
• Agreements preparation on the creation and administration of intellectual property objects
• Legal counseling of medical technology transfer
• Providing support in dispute resolution related to the protection of intellectual property rights
