The strategic goal of the Federal State Budgetary Institution ‘Scientific Centre for Expert Evaluation of Medicinal Products’ of the Ministry of Health of Russia (FSBI ‘SCEEMP’) is to enhance the availability of high-quality and efficacious medicines that meet the pharmaceutical and biological safety requirements.
In order to achieve the strategic goal, the FSBI ‘SCEEMP’ developed and implemented the quality management system (QMS), which helps to maintain a high performance level in line with the stakeholders’ expectations and the applicable regulatory requirements.
The FSBI ‘SCEEMP’ leadership are committed to the QMS implementation and improvement, they elaborate development strategies, set quality goals, ensure conditions for efficient problem-solving, take part in the discussion of quality-related issues, thus, helping to advance the QMS.
The overall QMS strategy is formulated in the FSBI ‘SCEEMP’ Quality Policy, which lays out the quality goals, objectives, and areas for development.
