Department for Evaluation Management and Control (DEMC)

Main functions

Control of proper implementation of marketing authorisation-related activities within the authority granted by the Ministry of Health of Russia.

Ensuring effective performance and communication between the Centres and Departments of the FSBI ‘SCEEMP’.

Main objectives

Control of the deadlines and scope of evaluation performed by orders of the Ministry of Health of Russia. 

Organisation and support of the document flow, control of uninterrupted operation of the automated information system used in the evaluation processes. 

Provision of information support to the experts, analysis and development of standard operating procedures, organisation of external and internal trainings.

DEMC is an administrative and managerial unit, with the Department Head reporting directly to the General Director.

The DEMC Head coordinates the work of the Expert Coordination Council on Medicine Evaluation to facilitate the decision-making process and cooperation with the EAEU partners.
